Sorry for the hiatus! I spent the last 25 days in Europe. The single thing I was dying to remake when coming back to America was soft pretzels after having the best ones ever in Germany. I’ve made pretzels before but these were by far the best! Already missing Hofbräuhaus beer, pretzels and beer gardens.
